This page explains how to request the deletion of your Perform-UP Volley account, the app developed by Perform-UP S.r.l., and of the data linked to it. You can do it in the app or, if it is no longer installed, by e-mail: there is no need to reinstall it.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the Perform-UP Volley app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Open the settings (gear icon).
- Tap “Delete Profile” and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: the account and the data listed below are erased at once and cannot be recovered.
Option 2 — Without the app, by e-mail
Write to info@perform-up.com from the e-mail address registered on your account, asking for your Perform-UP Volley account to be deleted. The link opens a ready-made message.
We handle the request within 30 days and send you a confirmation e-mail once the account has been deleted. If the request does not come from the registered address, we may ask you to verify that the account is yours.
Data that is deleted
- The account and profile: name, e-mail, date of birth, sex and the answers to the sport onboarding questionnaire.
- The consents you gave.
- Active sessions and linked sign-in methods.
- Breathing tests (oscillometer recordings).
- Training history and completed exercises.
- Favourites, matches and in-app progress and state.
Data that is kept
Purchase and subscription records that Google Play, the App Store and the payment provider must keep for legal and tax reasons. They process them under their own privacy policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. To stop further charges, cancel it in the store you bought it from:
